A nationally recognised qualification is the best way to go. Large government organisations that may wish to use your skills will insist upon it. Mind you, there are trainers out there that justify their poor training skills as their "interpretation of the core outcomes". Be open minded in your training and "interpret" the skills requirements for yourself. |
