When I had the time I did a great deal of specific exercises for what these days is called the core. With far less time these days I find that doing very slowmotion laps with static moves on very overhung gym routes to be as effective, perhaps even more than otherwise. Choose routes that you can lap at least twice. See how slowly you can do the route without actually resting and definately no dynamic moves. Really force yourself to climb like a chamelion. Vary it with down climbing. |
