Was climbing in the Wolgan Valley last Sat and came aross this rockfall, just near the locked gate at the Coke Ovens. Must be only a week or two old by the look of the trees. It's crazy.. big trees have been snapped clean and drifted fifty or so metres as the slide has torn it's path down the hill, there's about three massive slides in total. A big boulder even made it right down across the road into the campsite. eeek. Anyone heard about this.. or around when this happened?? Assume it must have had something to do with the recent rain... wonder what other big nasty stuff lurks up there!
