So ill - Try http://www.climbinganchors.com/collections/training-gear/
Tasty holds - http://www.indoorclimbing.com.au/Tastyweb/tastyintro.htm
Pusher are awesome if you can get them.
Metolius are good but a bit pricey.
Home made wood holds are great- cheap as and easy on the skin.
Get lots of tiny s.o.s jibs for your feet to get that body tension working.
Avoid - Holds that look like they''re going to injure you (you can tell pretty quickly whether you want to pull on something or not) and very rough holds that will trash your skin before your arms get tired. |
