I was talking to Helen when she saw the article. The amount of fiction in it was amazing. Almost every quote in the article was of the author's imagination (including helen apparently saying from halfway up a climb, something like 'It's easy, look there's lots of holds for my fingers and my toes, there's one hard bit up ahead and then its only the vertical wall!') (and another quote something about 'the dangers of vicious birds encountered while climbing outdoors (nothing about falling?!)) Makes you wonder about the credibilty of many articles in the media about which the unsuspecting public has no expertise.
