appalling and disgusting use of chalk |

I think using chalk depends on how much people's hands sweat but there's also something that seems to happen with age. I don't know if it really is age....it might be just dry dishpanned hands but they don't seem to grip very well on things. eg. I can't turn pages very well (struggle to pick up one page from a pile of papers) or open plastic bags in the fruit shop. I stand there struggling with them sometimes for about 30 seconds but my daughter opens them straight away every time. I have to do the finger lick thing which is so daggy. You see old ladies turning magazine pages like that. Gross. I haven't used chalk but probably should. |
