Mousey, that's really nordy. Lots of fattening cheese. I'm not really understanding because it's been said here that you don't have any fat on you only muscle but why then would you want to lose weight? Doesn't make sense to me. If you really want to lose pounds pizza is out. Until you get to your desired weight, then it's back in but only in moderation which means for you maybe 4 or 5 slices not 2 whole pizzas matey!! But I think of losing fat rather than weight. Weight is not that significant because it depends on other things like bone weight. We've had that discussion before. Fat is what we don't want.

I work with a lady who is always complaining about her weight but you should see the thick amounts of pure butter she puts on all sorts of things like biscuits and crackers. It's so gross. I haven't had the heart to say I think it's all the butter love. Probably best for our working relationship that I keep quiet. There's another lady where I work and she goes around on a sit-down-motor-scooter thing and it's because she's getting so obese I reckon she can't actually walk much. I'm worried she's going to be like those huge people that can't get out of bed and have to be lifted to hospital with a crane. I saw it on TV.
