Hi Dalai, whilst you're giving free advice. Just wanted to know something...
When can you tell if you are muscling your way through a move and not using good technique. What is
the difference between muscling through a move and executing a powerful move.
Can a hard climb be climbed with just technique?
I've seen plenty of women with great technique but they are not pushing their clmbing boundaries.. why is
that? On the reverse you see plenty of guys muscling their way up hard climbs... go figure |
