Another exercise which is also quite good for pumping is to pick 4 holds and hold for as long as can with only three limbs on. When your grip burns out change to teh next set of three limbs. When have done that do the same thing but with only one leg and one arm alternating between same side/ opposites etc.
A good thing to do with this exercise is to theme it i.e. look for 4 holds that give a given climbing position - flagging/ drop knee/ side+heel hook/ cross under and overs rather than just staying open or front on. |
