You're probably leading steeper routes than you were toproping - so that's probably not helping.
As the other said - relax and focus on resting properly. Plus, practice clipping quickly so you don't waste energy fumbling around getting the rope in the draw. Make sure you're clipping from the easiest stance. Its no point pulling out loads of slack hanging on a crimp, just so you can lock it off hard to reach the draw above your head, when you could make an extra move or two, hang a jug straight arm and clip in front of your face.
Plus just go and do it lots - and build endurance.
