Geez there are some people with big chips on their shoulders around here. What's the matter One Day and N00b, some private school kid steal your lunch money? No one else pays for the uni students' fun except for the uni students. Used to be that some students paid for things they didn't use, but it seems like that got sorted out. Arts students? Most wouldn't be caught dead hanging out with an occasionally drunk and bawdy bunch of engineers and scientists.

Intervarsity shenanigans, no problems. Shaggy's crew nicking the MUMC banner and putting it on the Organ Pipes a few years ago - hilarious. The anonymous (to me anyway) tools who made off with it before the club could reclaim it, and were never heard from - petty thieves who're no better than the junkie who nicks your TV. It isn't other clubs who're doing these things.

Watching supposed adults attempt to justify these thefts as "Well you were asking for it, and I have a pathological/irrational hatred of uni clubs anyway so nyah" is pathetic. I guess it's ok when you beat your girlfriend because, well, she was asking for it...

...Wow isn't this game fun!

Don't like the crowds at Easter? Don't go to Araps. It's not as if the screaming hordes were unexpected. Given the amount of gear that's disappeared from tents over recent years, at least the banners let all you tight arsed whiners know where to go when you need to plug the holes in your rack.
