Anyone who reckons all uni folk are rich either never went there, or did and were supported through it by their parents, just like they were through a private education. Blah blah blah, more left wing, private-school-knocking crapola. Anyway, i'm sure the sign will reappear in some amusing location. Maybe several times around the state... Stealing a rope or kit from inside a tent however is entirely different-theft with no ifs or buts. And my sympathy for all the other students and clubs dealing with VSU.
