Maybe we could get some sort of class action going against them if they get it 'wrong'? All sorts of emotional and psychological damage possible...

This thread raises an interesting question - is there a 'right' way to spell slang? If we wanted to get it 'right' then we would just write "the Blue Mountains" - is there a 'right' form for an abbreviation? So are the rules of Grammar relevant at all? They definitely tend to go out the window with proper nouns anyway, so abbreviated ones...

(and don't anyone tell me this is off topic and non-climbing related cause its obviously a very important issue for many climbers...)
