If your only there for a day or 2 a house boat is gunna be an expensive option and it takes half a day to chug around from the hire place to Joe Craftys Bay. So you will probably want to go and hire a 'Tinny' from the marina at Berowra waters. Its costs $125 for the day. Accommodation wise, you would most likely be staying around the Hornsby area, so I'm sure there would be some Sydney guys on the Forum who could reccomend some Motels etc. It would take about 30-40min approx from Hornsby to get to the marina. JJ
