Point taken justin. I agree that a variety of small stores are important (i am yet to purchase any climbing gear from anaconda i might add) but some of these small stores don't offer anything. they have ridiculous prices and rude or incompitent service (eg. the story of someone asking for chalk and being directed to the newsagency etc etc...) I say some, as i pointed out steve is an exception and proves that great prices and service are entirely possible from a small store. |
