I believe...
rescue should be free provided you pay your ambulance membership. Police search and rescue and State Emergency Services are complimentary and the chopper flight is covered by the ambulance membership.
income protection - pooled workplace policies are usually the best as they often have no 'lifestyle" or health assessments and are cheaper.
If you're doing it on your own......I don't fancy your chances. Maybe some club will have it.
