Dudes and Dudettes,

As an outsider looking in (a Yank in Victoria for only 4 years) and as a bumbly trad climber and
alpinist, I can make the following observations:

1) It's Christmas
2) On Jan 1, it will be New Years - what's your resolution?
3) There is entirely too much sensorship on this forum.
4) That said, I have never seen soooo much childish sh*t posted as on this forum...
5) I think the climbing community here struggles to understand which flag(s) it should rally under...
( stop taking shots at those that have the Kahunas to Represent)
6) You have yourselves to blame for not being at the cutting edge....embrace the local heroes (be
them large or small) in whatever effort they put forward to lift the local standard (new routes, bolts, etc)
7) At the end of the day, we are all climbers, so give a buddy a break
8) Lastly, put your money where your mouth is and be an example of our community - use this forum
and others constructively - otherwise you will not be taken seriously.

If none of this sinks in.....go get f*cked, sell your rack and buy a bouldering pad.
