HARD GRIT is a 90s classic grit freeclimbing film. Lots of people have asked me about it and about the differences between gritstone and Victorian climbing. There's a clip on YouTube of the heart-stopping fall off Gaia in the Peak (Curbar).

You need broadband, or else wait while it loads. Consider buying the whole DVD if you can get it: it is inspirational and it would be good to see sone $$$ go to those film-makers.
For the record, both countries offer equally thrilling climbs, despite the arguments people sometimes start up! Grit is short but intense.
