A quick flick thru my thecrag.com account reveals the worst crags for over-starring are:
Werribee (especially SPQR)
Mt Keira (deduct 2 stars from every route on the west face (except 1 blank wall and crawdad))
Nowra - to a lesser extent but you could probably knock a star off almost everything especially the short stuff

Looking at 2 or 3 star "classics", the worst ones are:
Oxbow - Camel's Hump
Threadneedle - stapylton amphitheatre
Dracula - araps
Royal flush - youeys
Green gut - froggatt edge - shocker
Loyalty - araps
Diapason - araps
The rack - araps
Fantasm - summerday
Flying buttress - moonarie
Tal - narrowneck
Lexical density - mt york - shocker
Agree with Stu on Mezzaluna
Eskimo nell - araps - 1 star
Martin eden - rosea - 1 star max!

Also overrated are Kachoong (not much climbing) and Blimp (choss faceholds)
