For sure the Lactic series is great. haven't competed personally but spectated at the last one. Nice one
Christian and the Lactic crew.

But Saiyan... take it easy on the other gyms. running big comps like state titles is huge amount of work
and $. not an easy task. would be great to have your help if you're willing though. keep at your local
gym, whether it's Nuna or Altona, ask them if they want to run one, offer your help.

Infact i'm going to start a new thread... . (sorry to semi-hijack the thread already Christian)
