TRIP REPORT- My Day in the Big Smoke

There's a couple of B&W artsy shots I wanted to get in the city today so I got up at the ungodly hour of 8:30 and got all ready and went to get my camera bag and turns out my camera bag is still in my dads car from last night (went out to dinner with some family friends & i lways pack my camera stuff when i got out :/) so...no camera, which sucks ass
so to try and pass time i though, oh i know ill go for a skate! so i hopped on, pushed off, thought 'its been a while since i did a kickflip!' so i popped a litte 180 flip and as i came back down, for just a split second i though 'shityeh maybe i havent lost it all' and landed too fart back on the board and it flew out front ways and i smacked my head on the road & copped a hurtsy to the elbow. and now, having conceded to thata fact that i cant skate anymore, Im going to spend the whole day putting together phhoto submissions. tomorrow i think ill do some photos and maybe try skating again, but wednesday is deadline for CRUX so ive got some serious picture-looking hours ahead of me...
if you have pretty pictures to show me, stick a CD in the mail TODAY and have a shot at being in the historymaking first issue
in particular I'd like to see some more lifestyle stuff- not like campfire shots, but things around the crag and the camp and the towns and the climbing shop etc etc that aren't actually climbing but tell a climbing-related story
