From my point of view it's so relentlessly off width that even though I took a #4 camalot & a #11 hex I still would have decked if anything had popped in the fairly dodgy rock. Ended up having to stack a cuple of hexes (first time ever). Kept running it out to what looked like good pro from below and turned out mostly to be just shallow grooves. Was I missing something?
Nice climbing if it were a bit more protectable, but as a currently 17 leader it was a 'memorable' 16. Brown trousers would have been a better name. |
