Had to wipe the tears from my face before i could come back to the keyboard. Picture this: LX Torana Blue, pristine condition, sat 4 inches off the ground, hotwire mags fat shoes to keep her stuck to the road. Ridiculously worked 4.2 litre V8 ( like 12 second Qs) and to top it off a 2 and a half inch twin system that made her crackle and roar like a top fueller. I built that motor myself!
Enter one very stupid woman doing 100 ks in an 80 zone who wasnt really paying attention and managed to run up the back of my car whilst I was stationary in a right hand turn lane. Result one Torana buckled to the roof and an insurance writeoff.
The future: Another LX Torana, Blue, Hotwire mags, dumped, minitubed, and a blown 454. (dunno yet how im gunna keep the chasis straight)
P.S And the missus loves the idea!
