How often do you fall onto your own trad gear? |

I must have lead 4 or 500 trad routes, and have only ever had one lead fall onto a trad piece. On countless occasions ive downclimbed and slumped onto gear though! Most of the wear and tear to my gear seems to reslt from me being scared and jamming gear too deep and hard into cracks, forcing the second to do lots of jabbing with a nut tool to get it out. |
