How often do you fall onto your own trad gear? |

I recently had the exciting experiance of taking my first fall on trad...
It was a 10 METRE fall onto an overcammed #2 camalot in a dirt-filled outward-flaring slot!!
Despite being pretty scary and shaking me up a bit I now have more faith in my placements; if a piece that bad held a 10 metre fall, any 'bommer' piece should be awesome...
However I hope that that fall will keep me going for a while...you can have too much excitment!
