Do not limit your routsetters. Dynoing is as much a technique as dropkneeing or backsteping.

Are you going to ensure that there is only one roof problem, one slab, one face of each grade too? That would keep things even, but comps don't work like that. People are good at different things, if you can't dyno, go to the roof, or the slab or better still work at your weakness (or at least stop complaining about them).
Short people are often at a disadvantage, however flexibility, strength and body positions make a difference. A shorter person may have to deadpoint to a hold a taller person reaches, but it does not mean that they can not do it or that it was poorly set.
So will there be one (and only one) non-reachy problem of each grade, of each style (roof, slab, dyno etc.) in the comp? I think not! Let the setters keep their creative flair!!
