Yes that's true, but did you ever think that the way in which your body uses kilojoules may be attributed to heredity? and that your bone frame size and muscle size is also hereditary both of which give the appearance of being slender or large?. People who have large bones and large muscles aren't going to look very thin even if they don't eat much - that's what we call a stocky build which has little to do with their metabolism. What is it you think I'm trying to cop out of?
