Any info on A2 pulley injuries out there? |

hi there. give me some more details. how long ago? where is the pain? do they still hurt after climbing, etc? if they are getting better and you are happy with how they are progressing then you probably dont. it is possible that you have just given them a little too much work in one session. if they have this response regularly then it may be either the way you are training/climbing, or some other biomechanical factor causing your elbows to be loaded more than normal. or maybe you have not rested them enough after the original injury.
