It is so worth heading down south to go climbing!
I had a few friends climbing in Ton Sai/Railey last year during September and October. They said they got a heap of climbing in even though it did rain almost every day. They got up at like 6am and climbed until it rained usually in the afternoon (like 2pmish).
It's still cheap there and even better there's no lines for any of the climbs that time of year!
you'd be crazy not to go!
