workin at the organics farm right beside arapiles is a good way to make some money and score some free vegies. i worked there last summer, started around 7am, worked till the afternoon, around 4pm, maybe 6pm if there was a lot to be done, $10 an hour, PLUS a whole bag of free vegies at the end. its back breaking work picking potatoes (which is what i mainly did), but the money is good and its cash in hand. good friendly atmosphere. also good for rest days. i'll be doin it all again this summer after yr 12 is over, trying to make as much spending money as possible for my overseas trip. couldnt be any more convenient for those campin in the pines.
