I promise that was not my intention and i apologise if that's how it read. I've indicated i had my own problems with it.i was a chronic heavy user. My point is that i'm glad i didn't use alcohol or heroin or soloing at my limit at that time.Unfortunately mixing it with tobbaco has left me with a horrible addiction. Crashing cars while stoned is not good.But that is true of any intoxicant. It bothers me that alcohol and tobacco are more dangerous yet legal that is why i posted the links.

I tried to find something stating this, all i could find was an admission of an undoubted link though it seems there is doubt about whether it's a cause or symptom, my experience suggests it exaggerates/exacerbates existing problems.Can you point me in the direction of research on this?
And ironically enough i deleted a line from my previous post saying i hoped some healthcare people would come on and tell what they know. But if the topic is out of control i'll shut up now.
