Take it up on www.Qurank.com Phill and Lee can help you out. The trick is clear signage, Australian law is very different from US. We have the 'reasonable person' clause, that means any person with normal faculty having seen the sign saying 'climbing is inherantly dangerous and by climbing here you accept the risk' and so long as they pass this sign a number of times (or a number of such signs) then they have no legal recouse as a 'reasonable person' would have understood and accepted this risk.
