I've had 2 pairs of shoes stuffed up by Big John's resoles and just got one done by Araps resoles (Dr Phil) and it is the goods. So go Dr Phil. Quicker turn around time aswell. It's an issue of quality control for Big John. When he was doing it himself, you were getting the goods, but with others working for him now, the love is just not there.
