Whats that saying? Work to live, not live to work.
I don't believe there is a 'perfect' job as everything, even things you enjoy have their moments.
Me, I've spent 7 years trying to get out of the Outdoor Industry and keep getting sucked back. The security of a 'proper' job and pay packet becomes enticing every few months, but then the memories of the relative ease of getting time off, working with something you are passionate about etc. kicks in.
Hopefully I have found a way to soon meld the two together by aiming to become my own boss in the near future. Fingers crossed. |
