It would have to be France, for a nation of sport climbers they have a pretty good attitude toward public liability and personal responsibility. I suspect only the uk,usa and oz have the litigation culture that precludes such things. My solution would be to make "at your own risk" a meaningful disclaimer.Any lawyers out there who can explain why that's not possible? |
