haha, i had the opposite experience in jan this year. climbed patience crack (15) with a couple mates. we planned to step off early but got delayed by me having to run up mt ngungun (literally) 1st to retrieve a couple biners i left there the week before

started climbing at about 10 am, up the east face in the beautiful summer sun, used up all our water by the 2nd pitch and had to stop for about 45 min to recover before we topped out and to cap it off, we started the walk down on the west face at about 1 pm with all the afternoon sun = P

never again!!
