Yes, well I was having this conversation with a friend of mine (not steph, but darling, if you're interested, I can have the same convo with you on Fri) that if you would like to "expand your rack" work on your flys at the gym. Increases muscle bulk in your pecs and gives the impression of an expanded rack. But steph, your rack is fine. Too much rack weighs you down anyway. and between Dave Willing (the captain) and I, I'm sure we can set you up with better ones! ; ) Luv you hun, and don't you forget it!
