Well, i cant say that i'm all that surprised.
Even during the early days the comment was that it would make a great set of appartment so close to the city. then of course the building next door was turned into yuppie boxes and it more-or-less became inevitable.
in fact i would guess thats what the master plan was in the begining, a great purchase of real estate.....with all the shareholders that they had investing in the mill it *had * to deliver something more than just being a climbing gym.
