Help - up untill a week and a half ago i was training well and getting strong, holding onto stuff previously that was difficult but now moving off it and had even managed to flash a couple V4's and a V5 third shot (good for me). This last week and a half ive been shutdown on just about everything i try, making stupid mistakes, overpowering stuff and just generally feeling like everything is more difficult/ effort than it should be/ usually is. Anyone else out there had a little run of bad climbing out there? If so what happened and howd you get through it?
