It is really quite amusing reading some of these posts (not the ones about Nicks gear getting knocked off) and one can't help feeling that the arguement of elitelist climibing ethics is an age old one. Think back (if you can, if not read about it) to when Kim was King (late 70's early 80's) and the change in ethics that took place then. A very similar point was raised at that time that, if you were climbing below 19-22 etc ground up onsight was the only way to go, but above that it was open slather. Just my litlle chuckle for the day. Carry on. |
