Is it just me, or is it the case that as soon as you put on a helmet at any NSW crag any surrounding climbers consider you to be a bumbly? Maybe it is unfashionable, but I wear a helmet whenever I'm near the cliff, even if I'm clipping bolts in Nowra or the Blue Mountains. It seems to be some sort of cry for help, as though I'm requesting beta or instruction. Maybe its just a fashion thing...
