Back to Black Hill:

Sink the Sausage - probably worth one star, not two.
Scratch and Sniff - great climb, probably worth 2 stars. Bolt needs to be lowered by about 40cm for shorter climbers. Taller climbers can reach it from the mantle edge, anyone under about 6' has to do a move or two up in ground fall territory. I don't think it needs an extra bolt.
Touch and Go - definitely no star IMHO. One move wonder, and for shorter climbers the crux is before the first bolt.
