What about some sort of handicap system. You submit the all your climbs and get an average for onsight trad, sport and redpoint. All ascents are compared to your current average. you'd get a even grade for a climb at your average, a +1 for a climb one grade below your average and a -1 for a grade aboce your average. That way an onsight lead of -1 would have "cred" no matter what the grade.
