Here are some helping words of wisdom from the master

Raps is just awaiting a keen entrepeneur like yourself with an eye for an opportunity. The pines and the gums are a sea of money - all you have to do is collect it - the money wants to come home (to you), and all you have to do is help it.

The entrepreneur would let the market speak. On one of your extended annual sojourns to that filthy place, stock up on supplies from Horsham which you can sell to the climbers from your tent (keep it small to start with - tins of tuna, milk, eggs, coffee). This sort of informal, unintimidating, innocous establishment will thrive asl long as you retain a chipper, helpful attitude and keep the prices down.
