a couple I found on the net :
PurJava Recipes "Iced Mocha "
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons PurJava coffee concentrate
2/3 cup cold water
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon sugar
Mix well, pour over ice.
Additional Notes: good for car camping, if you have esky with ice or a fridge.
Protein Pasta
Ingredients:
pasta (shells)
1 or 2 lemons
fresh basil
1 can crushed tomatos and spices for sauce, or jarred sauce
1 lb. tofu (med. hard)
salt
fresh parsley
chives
Instructions:
Cook the pasta until it's "al dente", and drain
While pasta is cooking start the tomato sauce, if you're cooking your own.
Blend or mash the tofu until it's roughly the consistency of cottage cheese, and add lemon juice
and salt to taste.
chop up the parsley and chives in small pieces, and mix well with the tofu mixture.
Toss the tofu with the pasta, when it's done, and toss the fresh basil on top of the sauce, while
it's still hot, but not to cook it.
Serve the pasta with the sauce poured on top, and add an extra basil leaf or two decoratively
Additional Notes: Strict Vegetarian (no eggs or dairy)
