One thing to keep in mind when tying dynamic ropes of different diameters together is that there is potentially more movement of the ropes through the anchor during an abseil. This could be dangerous if the ropes are threaded through a webbing anchor. From memory there was a thread about this issue about a year ago on chockstone. |
