I don't post this in jest. This one is SERIOUS. It's a serious sport with potential for REAL damage.

To secure the cheese requires fitness, agility, momentum, a high degree of cunning, instinct, sharpness of wit and presence of mind, a never say die attitude and dogged determination. However, significant amounts of alcohol must be consumed prior to the cheese being set free to allow the body to be in an appropriate state of relaxation to minimise injury. I have seen that the "rag doll" approach is usually quite successful.

Launch down the hill after the cheese.....

Glory and honour await at the bottom of the hill and lusty, buxom wenches await behind the bar, with pints in each hand and eager ears for the tales of your adventure......
