We have spoken to VR owners today(10/12), and there is NO possibility of VR re-opening at its old or any other location. They have a huge (maybe monsterous) insurance battle on their hands which will take years most likely. They have NO records as everything was destroyed by fire, smoke, acid or water, including all paper records. They have advised that there will be no possibility of refunds for memberships, 10 visit cards, etc and that they regret this situation but it is really out of their hands now.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

We will publish information on a membership deal for VR customers shortly, in the meantime VR prepaid members can continue to use Cliffhanger with reciprocal membership rights until 15th December 2004.

We have set up a page on website at http://www.cliffhanger.com.au/3/6/default.html or alternatively, VR website will redirect to Cliffhanger in the next day or so.
