Watchtower is a great Trad 16. As with a number of popular routes at araps it has been made glassy by many, many climbing shoes scrabbling up it. I'm not sure it merits a grade increase, but increasing grades over time in this situation are more attributable to good holds being yoinked off by careless climbers and wear on routes. All in all it makes manky loose cliffs that only two locals and the crazy landowner know about all the more interesting. Dan
