This site has been built (mostly by myself); but with help of some others as a place to gather all the information about the bans to climbing in the Grampians. See the 'about' section; but it's meant to complement what Cliffcare are doing, and get info out as it comes to hand (from many sources) in a transparent manner.

It's quite comprehensive, but does lists of crags in the SPA area, maps that people have produced, parks announcements etc.

The AIM of the site is primarily to provide climbers (and other interested people) with comprehensive information on the bans in one place, rather that just going off what parks or other official bodies have said, and to counteract misinformation and unsubstantiated allegations about climbers, including where those representing us are unable to do in public.

I expect some amount of backlash from some corners, but it has been thoughtfully put together (please take the time to read before criticizing), and I will happy correct any inaccuracies and of course update with new content as it comes.
